She graduated first from Brock University with a Physical Education Degree, then having the interest to help others and the musculoskeletal background she completed the Registered Massage Therapy diploma in Ontario, at Darcy Lane Institute and in B.C., at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria. Sacha has worked; at a university sports center, multidisplinary clinics alongside Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists and Naturalpaths and in spa settings. In addition she has worked as the Massage Therapist for the Aberdeen Football Club in Scotland.

Sacha enjoys both working in a clinical and relaxed spa environment, treating a variety of conditions such as; myofascitis and tendonitis, injury prevention and rehabilitation, stress management, relaxation and acute and chronic pain. Sacha has a vast experience in treating all types of physical conditions. Whether it is general relaxation, sports injury, accidents, medical conditions, pregnancy, or stress-related tension, Sacha will customize your massage to achieve the best results, working to optimize your physical health. Techniques offered are swedish massage, myo-fascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, pregnancy massage, relaxational massage, hot stone therapy, STR soft tissue release and many other forms of massage that will benefit the entire body.

Sacha enjoys spending time with her family and living an active outdoor lifestyle in Cumberland. She likes to participate in most outdoor activities, predominately mountain biking, skiing, hiking and running. Sacha believes that massage helps maintain the balance in life while healing the mind and body. The effect of massage is individualized and it is important to acknowledge each persons goals while providing client centered care.
